What happens at Yoga Nidra?
First we do Yoga together, suitable for all. Then it is time for the Yoga Nidra, where you relax on the floor following a guided meditation, approx. 30 min. Thereafter there will be short relaxation with sound instruments and a meditation.

Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being, where we can be healed, restored and awakened to our deepest self. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf from a wakeful state to a state of deep sleep but still awake, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. An expansive, inclusive and deeply restful experience.
